Can a female below the age of 25 develop cervical cancer which are not caused by the hpv virus?

can a female of the above age be diagnosed with cervical cancer if she never had any sexual encounters with anyone else before? i know the hpv virus can also be transmitted orally, but if a female has never been kissed nor had oral sex before, is it still possible for her to develop cervical cancer? For example, would it be possible for her to develop this kind of cancer through hereditary genes, or the taking of some kind of pills which induces excessive hormonal production?
