Jeff that depends on the Childs age and where in the world he lives, for instance some countrys won't allow children under a certain age to testify in court as there stories can be highly exagerated. But Yeah I would say rig him up with a Camera or a Mobile/Cell Phone and stick it on Voice record when he's in her classroom in his pocket ofcourse and record her voice for what she's saying. If she's abusing him he's bound to record some kind of vocal abuse.
