History Homework Help?

I'm not going to do your homework for you, but you should definately read The Prince by Machiavelli it's a short book that any bookstore will have and it talks about how rulers should gain power and what they should do to keep power. It's really famous and your history teacher will be really impressed if you use it. That should help with part B and a little of part A.
