How do I get my life back after being raped?

Three years ago I was orally raped by a 'friend' of my brother's while my sister was forced to watch as she screamed and cried. I can not get passed the feeling of total shock and lack of control and feeling so violated. When I was raped, my body was used like an object and since then I do not feel human. It has caused me to not trust any one. I fear that every man looks at me with lust. Am am also worried that my sister has been traumatised by the event. She was only 12 at the time she witnessed it.
