Could I be pregnant?!?

I have an Implanon implant. I recently had to go into hospital for surgery and was given anti-biotics through a canular and some orally, I had co-amoxiclav (which contains amoxicillin & penicillin) and metronidazole. Does the fact i had the anti-biotics through a canular increase the chances?
