Paranoid about Herpes (HSV-1)! ?

you should always use condoms and probably restrain from oral anytime you think your going to have an outbreak and a while after because you shouldnt only be worried about you contracting it genitally but your girlfriend as well! just be cautious! I have hsv-1 and was told my my doctor that i could have a normal sex life just as long as i use condoms. So be careful and youll be fine!
