How should I handle this selfish bastard?

My husband and I haven't been getting along very well lately and we've been arguing about finances and kids and all. And last night we were getting pretty hot and heavy and I serviced him orally and he fingered me and it felt amazing (he's really good at that sort of intimacy when he wants to be) and just as I was about to finish he completely stopped completely and held my hands for a second so I couldn't touch myself and then he left. He literally went into his office and locked the freaking door. Our kids were sleeping and I didn't want to make a huge deal while they were home sleep but I was so angry! How should I handle this situation? what do you think about his behavior?
