Can I claim any benefits at 17?

Im 17 never had a job or experience i anything for about a year now i have been looking for a job and no luck. i didnt go to college because i thought it was easy to find a job i thought i would find a job as soon as i left school but no luck i was gonna apply for college but they stopped EMA which i would of needed to get to college.my mum works full time but doesnt have enough money to give to me and i cant find a job could i claim job seekers allowance or income support i am 17 female who lives in the uk.
