What every you hear or read, find out for your-self, never take one source as your answer to any question in life. In seventh grade they put me in a special class and I told them it was a joke, that I could get 100's all day, teacher said prove it and I did then moved me back to regular classes. Truth is schools are bound by rules and they try to fit every child in the same set, but ignore or lack ability to see that all people learn in different ways, some visual, others audio, mechanical: writing, drawing, hands on and rather then adapt new teaching methods the put blame on the kids, when it's the ridged thinking that is cause for problem learning. I AM SURE YOU A SMART PERSON. Forget about thinking outside the box, remove the box and learn all you can.
