*HELP* White dots on tonsils, STD or somehting else?

I thought i had a piece of food in my mouth stuck on the back of my throat that usally happens so when i went to the mirror i opened my mouth and noticed white spots all over BOTH my tonsils. I have recently been 'Orally active' and he did not c*m in my mouth, My throat has not been hurting the spots are just all over and there.. Is this an STD, or somehting else?
