I have a job, but I have no way to get there... Is there any way I can get my license early?

My work hours are 10AM - 2PM everyday and those are the times my parents aren't going to be home for work, they'd take me if they could, but they can't. I'm 16 and I'm old enough to drive, but I don't even have my permit because my school took my privilege of getting my permit away because I was absent too much last year because I was frequently sick -____- But I just wanted to know if it's possible if I can talk to the DMV people or whoever, and get my license because I really need a way to get to work. There isn't a public bus stop close to anywhere I live, so I'm out of luck...
