Just popped two spots on my face and clear,bloody and white substance occurred?

just popped two spots on my face, one on my chin and one on my jaw line, the one on my chin seemed to look like a boil which I popped last night, woke up this morning and had a crust of gold substance on my chin I picked this of a clear substance mixed with blood, I popped one on my jaw line a few minutes ago and it had a yellow head and also blood substance, now I've been worrying about having HSV1 or HSV2 orally and HSV2 genitally but the doctor said I have nothing to worry about because I have protected sex and he doubt's I have anything genitally, but I did perform oral on her unprotected, she claims to be clean and with her living in a different country I don't see why she would lie, I have had a cold sore when I was younger apparently and if this is a cold sore then it's first I've had since getting my first, what do you think?
