Non-penetration pregnancy risks?

I understand no sex is the safest sex, therefore I don't have sex and never have. BUT, what are the chances (if fluids are exchanged orally or with hands, etc.) that you can get pregnant WITHOUT having sex? I'm simply curious. This isn't really something they teach you in your average Health Class.
