Ovulation tests? Did you have any luck?

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for several months now, and my period cycle is around 32-33 days so we haven't had much luck with knowing when i ovulate. I tried using the ovulation predictors online and we tried in the right time frame, but still no pregnancy yet. So i finally broke down and bought the First Response digital ovulation tests that is a 20 day kit. I am really hoping they work since i have no clue when i ovulate. have any of you used ovulation tests and gotten pregnant? those of of you who have longer cycles like me, when did you end up ovulating? thanks for any answers!
