Parakeet vitamin drops?

i want to give my parakeet vitamin drops because ive been feeding seed to her for 5 years. im also going to change that seed diet to pellet. as soon as she gets used to eating pellets, im going to stop giving her vitamin drops. but i was wondering if i can just give them the vitamin drops orally by spoon like for her to drink it from a spoon. i know that your supposed to put it in seeds or their water but what if she just drank pure vitamin drops. if it is ok, how much of a teaspoon would i give her. im not considering to try it until i get an answer.
