Previous posts here have suggested?

that a married woman is obliged to perform sexually for her husband - that she knows what she is getting into when she takes her vows. So a female friend of mine has to perform orally on him most mornings before he leaves for work, or she finds him inside her while still half-asleep in bed - is that what it all about, and if so, why do it?
