What are the chances of me having contracted anything, need good detailed answers and no complaints please?

around 3 months ago I went on holiday to malaga, one night I got extremely drunk and ended up meeting this girl (21 and also studying to be a vet), we ended up making out and obviously been drunk on thing led to another, due to months of being paranoid I have been able to remember exactly what happened that night and here it is, we started of at the apartment I was staying at, she would perform oral sex or sex unless I wore a condom, we ended up staggering to hers, we we're both making out on the bed then she pulled the condom out (this was also my first sexual encounter), I could tell that she wasn't putting it on correctly so I did it myself, she started on top and then also performed oral, she wanted me to perform oral on her so been drunk I didn't think of the risk without protection, I got back to the apartment I was staying at around 6:30am, I then woke up felling perfectly fine until later through the day when I noticed I was getting dry skin round my mouth and also what looked like a pimple on the corner of my lip (I also got another one on the flight home about 2-3 days later) my friends dad and uncle started saying (joking) that I have herpes and that its incurable ( I've had a cold sore before my mother said so I already know that I have HSV1 orally) this made me very paranoid, when I got back to england I went to the doctor straight away to have him look at the pimples on the corner of my mouth, he said 'its looks like herpes' I later did a test for chlamydia and gonorrhea and came back negative, a few weeks later I still wasn't satisfied and went back to see the STD doctor, he gave me and blood test for HIV and syphilis, these later came back negative for both (I repeated the chlamydia and gonorrhea and it came back negative again) now it's been 3 month and I've started to worry about genital herpes or HSV2 on both areas, now I used the condom and from what I know she didn't feel like she had an outbreak, I ended up messaging the girl and she said I'm sorry I've caused you so much worry but you really have nothing to worry about I've been checked for everything (including herpes) she also claims never to have had an STD or STI and also never had a cold sore, thinking about getting tested again, do you think I should get tested for HSV2 also, do you think it's necessary?
