Why my teacher cheated on me?

I'm graduate of NCBT in Nashville, TN, and last term we had one teacher from Texas for our Sales & Contract Law class. She was all right a bit with me when she first came, but my last term she had to teach me Practical Law class again. I never knew why she's so mad of me and angry of me! I'm A+ student. I never cheat, not talk active much or interrupter in class. This term is my last term, and she began to make me down in front of students like you've no car, you don't talk while I was talking to my student mates. I missed 1 day in my class because I was ill, later I asked her may I write my quiz as she made a quiz when I wasn't there, and she never informed us that we'll have quiz next day of mid-term. She didn't give me quiz to write, but to other students she did. I asked her 2 times orally, 1 time via e-mail about making up my quiz. And she gave me C, but other students which her friends she gave A, while they missed class, quiz, but on grading they had higher grades. Now my papers missing, which is I never seen, she says I never asked her bout making up my quiz. I don't know whom to ask for help, because National College is not helping me!
