Worried what will be the effect of all i did to my baby during pregnancy?

Personally I dont know why you would try and do that, very horrible. But none the less you are very lucky that your baby alive and you need to start really taking care of yourself. As far as birth defects it will be hard to tell until and ultrasound/ or birth. Early pregnancy is when most of the forming takes place. I pray that your baby is ok, and maybe you should consider adoption.
