How can I get my rats to take their medication?

They have to take 3 ml of Doxycycline and 1.3 ml of Baytril for a respiratory infection. They won't touch food with it and if I try and make them take it orally, they spit it out and then rub their face all along the ground. I don't think I've gotten half of it in them. They wriggle a lot and squeak if they're taking a really long time, but I can usually restrain them. I really need help on this, please, it's very frustrating and I only want them to get better.
