Maplestory Ddexless Assassin Guide.?

I have a dexless hermit in broa named GabeAssasin. Iv'e heard that all they need is luck. Is that true? The problem is that when I used to do ghost ship PQ I see lower level dexless assassins do more damage then me. How do they do that? All I did was add luck to abillity stats. What else should I do to make my damage go up for my level 78 hermit? (Avenger maxed)
